Working long hours can have negative effects on an individual’s health and well-being. It can lead to a lack of work-life balance and can also increase the risk of burnout. In some cases, working long hours can even impact an individual’s mental health. It is important to find a balance between work and personal life and to make sure to take care of oneself.
