Legislation

Legislation refers to the process of creating and enacting laws. In most democratic societies, legislation is created through a process that involves several steps, including proposal, debate, and voting. Once a law has been passed by a legislative body, it must be signed by the appropriate authority before it can be enacted. Legislation is an important aspect of the legal system, as it sets the rules and guidelines that govern society and provide a framework for addressing issues and conflicts that arise within a community.

What she wasn’t counting on was how difficult it would be to rebuild her life – including her finances. She couldn’t even rent an apartment with a credit history like that. And until recently, there was no clear pathway for getting her credit cleaned up.
