Conflict

Conflict is a state of disagreement or opposition between two or more parties. Conflict can arise in many different contexts, including personal relationships, politics, and international relations. Conflict can take many different forms, ranging from verbal arguments to physical violence, and it can have a range of negative consequences, such as damage to relationships, loss of trust, and increased tension and hostility. Conflict can also be a source of positive change, as it can lead to the resolution of problems, the development of new perspectives, and the growth of empathy and understanding. Conflict resolution is the process of resolving conflicts in a peaceful and constructive manner, and it often involves communication, negotiation, and mediation.
