Penal Code refers to the legal system that defines and regulates crimes and punishments. Many countries have laws that criminalize human trafficking and prescribe penalties for traffickers. These laws can include provisions for both sex and labor trafficking, as well as child trafficking. However, implementation and enforcement of these laws can vary widely depending on the country.
