Higher Education

Higher Education refers to post-secondary education that is typically pursued after completing secondary education. In the context of human trafficking, higher education can play a role in preventing trafficking by providing individuals with knowledge and skills to recognize and avoid trafficking situations. Higher education institutions may also be involved in research and advocacy efforts to raise awareness about trafficking and develop policies and programs to prevent it. Additionally, higher education institutions can play a role in supporting victims of trafficking by providing educational and training opportunities to help them recover and rebuild their lives.
