Fugitive

A fugitive is a person who is on the run or attempting to evade arrest or capture by law enforcement. In the context of human trafficking, a fugitive may be someone who is actively involved in trafficking or who is being sought by authorities for their involvement in trafficking. It is important to note that victims of trafficking may also be considered fugitives if they have escaped from their traffickers and are attempting to avoid being found and returned to their traffickers. Law enforcement agencies may work to apprehend fugitives involved in trafficking, but it is also important to provide support and protection to victims who may fear being returned to their traffickers if caught.
