Descent-based Slavery

Descent-based slavery is a form of slavery in which people are born into bondage and are considered to be the property of their owners. This form of slavery is often based on a person’s ancestry or social status, and it is passed down from one generation to the next. Descent-based slavery is a form of hereditary slavery, and it is different from other forms of slavery in which people are enslaved through force, coercion, or deception. Descent-based slavery is a violation of fundamental human rights, and it is illegal in many countries. However, it still persists in some parts of the world, and it is an ongoing issue that requires continued efforts to end it.
