A criminal enterprise is a group or organization that engages in illegal activities for financial gain. These activities may include drug trafficking, money laundering, human trafficking, prostitution, or other forms of organized crime. Criminal enterprises can be highly structured and well-organized, with a hierarchy of leaders, members, and associates, and can operate across national borders.
