Commercial Sexual Exploitation

Commercial sexual exploitation refers to the sexual abuse and exploitation of individuals for profit. It can take many forms, including prostitution, pornography, and sexual tourism, and it often involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain the sexual services of the victim.

Victims of commercial sexual exploitation may be exploited for the purpose of sexual gratification or for other purposes, such as financial gain or the fulfillment of other desires. They may be forced or coerced into engaging in sexual activities or may be deceived into believing that they are engaging in consensual activity.

Commercial sexual exploitation is a serious crime that violates the human rights of the victims and can have long-lasting physical, emotional, and psychological consequences. It is important to recognize the signs of commercial sexual exploitation and to report any suspected cases to the authorities. If you or someone you know is being exploited, it is important to seek help and support from a trusted source, such as a crisis hotline or a law enforcement agency.
