Anti-Slavery Day

Anti-Slavery Day is an annual event held on October 18 to raise awareness about modern slavery and human trafficking. The day was first observed in 2010, and it is recognized by the UK government. On Anti-Slavery Day, organizations and individuals across the UK and beyond hold events, campaigns, and other activities to raise awareness about modern slavery and human trafficking. The day is an opportunity to highlight the issues surrounding these crimes and to encourage people to take action to help end them.
