Albanian Gang of Drugs, Human Trafficking Cracked Down

Spanish authorities have cracked down on an Albanian gang that sold drugs and financed human trafficking.

According to the Spanish media, 5 people of Albanian and Moldavian origin were arrested in Costa Calida and Costa Blanca.

It is learned that the Albanian gang had the goal of finally settling in the area of Murcia, renting various houses with forged documents and in them to carry out the criminal activity of drug and human trafficking.

Investigations revealed that a woman was also part of the organization, who closed deals with real estate agents for renting out houses.

The organization rented large houses and villas in order to establish indoor marijuana plantations that produced 4 harvests per year.

The narcotic substance was then distributed internationally, bringing huge profits and then financing human trafficking.

The five arrested persons were handed over to the justice authorities for investigation, while two of them were immediately put in prison.
