Man who admitted to diaper fetish sentenced to prison on human trafficking violations

A man who admitted to having a diaper fetish in New Orleans and duping women to caring for him has been sentenced to prison.

Rutledge Deas pleaded guilty Thursday to new charges that were filed in Jefferson Parish.

Deas will serve one year in jail after pleading guilty to human trafficking violations.

He admitted to pretending to be mentally disabled and trying to get women to change his diaper.

He is not mentally disabled.

WDSU Investigates previously reported that Deas was on probation in New Orleans after admitting to the same crime.

He will spend five years on probation after his release from jail.
