Van Buren woman arrested on human trafficking charge | News | victoriaadvocate.com

Deputies arrested Shyenne Nichole Sananikone, 32, of Van Buren, on Friday, on a warrant charging her with human trafficking.

Sananikone remained jailed Monday with a bond set at $75,000.

Two drivers were arrested separately, one on Friday and one on Sunday, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

Deputies arrested Christian Matthew Reyes, 25, of Victoria, on Friday, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

Reyes remained jailed Monday with bond set at $10,000.

In an unrelated case, officers arrested Richard Cierra, 59, of Victoria, on Sunday, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

Cierra remained jailed Monday with bond set at $20,000.

  • VICTORIA — A 33-year-old Victoria man by deputies Oct. 14 on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a family violence by assault, impeding breath, case.
  • VICTORIA — A 41-year-old Victoria man by officers Oct. 14 on suspicion of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 400 grams, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 1-4 grams and tampering with or fabricating evidence to impair an investigation.
  • VICTORIA — A 31-year-old Goliad man by the Texas Rangers Oct. 14 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.
  • VICTORIA — A 52-year-old Victoria woman by officers Oct. 14 on suspicion of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 400 grams, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 1-4 grams and tampering with or fabricating evidence to impair an investigation.
  • VICTORIA — A 25-year-old Inez man by troopers Oct. 15 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • VICTORIA — A 60-year-old Nursery man by deputies Oct. 15 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and on two warrants charging him with Class C misdemeanors.
  • VICTORIA — A 24-year-old Victoria man by officers Oct. 15 on suspicion of unlawfully carrying a weapon and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
  • VICTORIA — A 26-year-old Victoria man by officers Oct. 15 on a warrant charging him with property theft between $100-$750 and on suspicion of evading arrest or detention, tampering with or fabricating evidence to impair an investigation, possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and a Class C misdemeanor.
  • VICTORIA — A 38-year-old Cuero man by officers Oct. 15 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, unlawfully carrying a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, theft of a firearm, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and resisting arrest, search or transportation.
  • VICTORIA — A 23-year-old Port Lavaca man by officers Oct. 16 on suspicion of burglary and harassment of a public servant.
  • VICTORIA — A 28-year-old Victoria man by troopers Oct. 16 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and failing a drug test by falsification device.
  • VICTORIA — A 28-year-old Inez woman by officers Oct. 16 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • VICTORIA — A 40-year-old Victoria man by officers Oct. 17 on a warrant charging him with evading arrest or detention.
