Tebogo Thobejane slams fake human trafficking account [watch] – The South African

Actress, influencer and strip club owner Tebogo Thobejane is not happy with a fake account impersonating her to human traffic unsuspecting girls.

The Diep City actress took to her on Thursday 8 September to address claims she is recruiting girls for her strip club, Club X, through a shady WhatsApp number.

TEBOGO CLAIMS SOMEONE'S IMPERSONATING HER TO TRAFFIC GIRLS

Taking to her social media, Tebogo shared a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation of the alleged human trafficker attempting to recruit a dancer using the media personality's name.

She also shared the phone number and highlighted that it does not belong to her or her strip club.

In addition, she recorded a as she addressed the rumours and claimed that someone was “after” her. Tebogo said that she had been getting harassed a lot because of the alleged fake account.

“I don't need to engage in this kind of cr*p. And it's like they're trying to human traffic people using my nane and I don't like that.”

The actress reiterated that unless girls get messages from her DM or the Club X account or phone number, they should not believe that it is in connection to her.

“They will steal you guys. So stop being desperate and answering this. Its just that some of my girls, they know better because they know how we run our stuff.

CONTROVERSY LOVES THE MEDIA PERSONALITY

Tebogo, who also hosts a YouTube podcast called City Girls, is often followed by controversy.

In March she was caught up in a messy scandal when her former friend, Inno Morolong, accused her of being “a loose woman who sells her body to make money”. Inno's rant went as far as her making damning claims that the Muvhango actress has been having threesomes with “the president”.

Last month, however, Sunday World reported that Tebogo is demanding R500 000 from her ex-friend and social media influencer — who was also recently accused of trafficking girls — for the damning claims as she denied sleeping with the president.
