Training is the process of acquiring knowledge, skills, or habits through instruction or practice. Training can take place in a variety of settings, such as schools, universities, or workplaces, and can be provided by teachers, trainers, or mentors. Training can be formal, with structured lessons and assessments, or informal, with hands-on experience or on-the-job learning. The purpose of training is to help individuals develop the abilities and competencies they need to perform a particular job or task effectively. Training can also help individuals improve their overall knowledge or skills, and can be an important part of personal and professional development.
