Resource

A resource is something that can be used to meet the needs or goals of a person or group. Resources can be either natural, such as land, water, or minerals, or human-made, such as machines, buildings, or tools. Resources can also be financial, such as money or credit, or knowledge-based, such as information or expertise. The availability and management of resources can be a key factor in the success or failure of individuals, organizations, or societies. Effective use and conservation of resources is also important for the health and sustainability of the natural environment.
