Reintegration

Reintegration is the process of helping individuals who have been incarcerated to successfully transition back into society. It involves a range of services, including job training, education, housing assistance, and mental health support. The goal is to help former inmates become productive members of their communities, reducing the likelihood of recidivism.

One key aspect of reintegration is employment. Without access to stable employment, former inmates are at a higher risk of returning to criminal activity. Overall, reintegration is a complex process that requires a range of services and support.
