Recovery

Recovery is the process of returning to a normal or healthy state after an illness, injury, or other challenge. Recovery can refer to both the physical and emotional aspects of healing, and it may involve a range of different interventions and support services. For example, after a surgery, a person may need to undergo physical therapy to help them recover their strength and mobility, and they may also need to receive emotional support to help them cope with the effects of the surgery. Recovery can be a long and difficult process, and it may involve setbacks and challenges. However, with support and determination, individuals can often make a full recovery and return to a healthy and fulfilling life.
