A partner is a person who is involved in a close personal or professional relationship with another person. In a personal context, a partner can refer to a spouse or romantic partner. In a professional context, a partner can refer to a member of a business partnership or law firm. Partners often share responsibilities, resources, and decision-making power in their relationship. The term partner can also be used more broadly to refer to any two people or organizations who are working together towards a common goal or objective.
