NRM refers to the National Referral Mechanism, which is a framework for identifying and supporting victims of human trafficking in the UK. The NRM provides a system for identifying victims of trafficking and providing them with access to support and services. Once identified, victims are referred to the NRM, where their needs are assessed and they are provided with appropriate support.
