Human Trafficking Task Force

A human trafficking task force is a group of individuals who work together to address the issue of human trafficking in their community. These task forces often include representatives from law enforcement, social services, and other organizations that can provide support to victims of human trafficking. The goal of a human trafficking task force is to coordinate efforts to identify, rescue, and support victims of human trafficking, as well as to prosecute those who engage in this criminal activity. Some human trafficking task forces also focus on raising awareness about human trafficking and educating the public about how to identify and prevent this crime.
