Human Rights Council

The Human Rights Council is a body of the United Nations responsible for promoting and protecting human rights around the world. They have taken action on issues related to human trafficking, such as calling on member states to strengthen their laws and policies on trafficking, and conducting investigations into human rights abuses related to trafficking. The Council also works to raise awareness about the issue and to promote accountability for those who perpetrate trafficking.
