Homeland Security Investigation

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is a division of the United States Department of Homeland Security that is responsible for investigating a wide range of criminal activities. HSI has jurisdiction over more than 400 federal laws and focuses on transnational crimes that pose a threat to national security, public safety, and the economy. This includes crimes such as human trafficking, drug smuggling, money laundering, cybercrime, and terrorism. HSI has agents located in more than 200 cities around the world, and works closely with other law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute crimes.
