Global Supply Chain

A global supply chain is a network of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in the production, handling, and distribution of goods and services on a global scale. It encompasses the entire process of creating and delivering a product or service, from the sourcing of raw materials to the final point of sale. Global supply chains are complex and can involve a wide range of players, including manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and retailers. They are essential to the global economy, and play a key role in facilitating the flow of goods and services around the world. However, global supply chains can also be vulnerable to disruptions and challenges, such as natural disasters, economic downturns, and political instability.
