Displaced Person

A displaced person is someone who has been forced to leave their home or community due to conflict, violence, natural disasters, or other crises. Displacement can be temporary or permanent, and can occur within a country or across international borders. Displaced persons often face challenges such as loss of property, disrupted access to education and healthcare, and limited economic opportunities. They may also be at risk of human rights abuses, such as exploitation and violence. It is important for displaced persons to have access to humanitarian assistance, such as food, shelter, and medical care, and to be protected from further harm. Governments and international organizations play a role in providing assistance and support to displaced persons.
