Cybercrime Prevention Act

The law defines cybercrime and establishes penalties for various offenses, including hacking, identity theft, and cyberbullying. It also provides for the establishment of a Cybercrime Investigation and Coordination Center to investigate cybercrimes and coordinate with other law enforcement agencies.
