Victim Protection

Victim Protection refers to the set of measures designed to safeguard and assist individuals who have been subjected to various forms of abuse, exploitation, or violence. This term is commonly used in the context of human trafficking and seeks to ensure that victims receive the necessary support and care to help them recover from the trauma they have experienced. This support can include medical and psychological assistance, access to legal representation, safe housing, education and job training, and social services. Victim protection aims to empower survivors to regain control of their lives and regain their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. The ultimate goal of victim protection is to help survivors achieve long-term recovery and reduce their vulnerability to further exploitation.
