Ritual Abuse

Ritual abuse is a term used to describe a type of abuse that involves the use of rituals or symbolic acts in the abuse of a victim. Ritual abuse is typically associated with organized abuse, such as in the context of cults or other secretive groups. It can involve a range of abusive behaviors, such as physical, sexual, and psychological abuse, and may also include the use of drugs, mind-control techniques, and other forms of coercion. The effects of ritual abuse can be severe and long-lasting, and may include physical injuries, psychological trauma, and social isolation. It is important for individuals who have experienced ritual abuse to seek support from qualified professionals to help them heal and recover.
