Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) is the government agency responsible for managing a country’s foreign relations. In the context of human trafficking, the MFA plays an important role in working with other countries to prevent and address trafficking. This can include providing assistance to victims who are citizens of the country and have been trafficked abroad, as well as working with other countries to investigate trafficking networks and prosecute traffickers. The MFA may also be involved in developing policies and strategies to address trafficking, as well as providing training and support to diplomatic staff and other officials who may encounter trafficking cases.
