Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities is a network of social service agencies and programs that provide a range of services to individuals and families in need. These services may include emergency assistance, food and shelter, counseling, immigration services, and support for individuals with disabilities or special needs.

Catholic Charities is affiliated with the Catholic Church and is guided by the principles of Catholic social teaching, which emphasizes the dignity of every person, the importance of social justice, and the need to care for those who are most vulnerable. As such, Catholic Charities aims to serve all individuals, regardless of their faith or background, and to provide assistance and support to those who are struggling or in need.

Catholic Charities is present in many communities across the United States, and its services and programs are often supported by donations and volunteers from the local community. In addition to providing direct assistance, Catholic Charities may also advocate for policy changes and social justice initiatives that aim to address the root causes of poverty and inequality.
